Week 7 – one to go!

With only two weeks to go (including this week), until the KTR, we turn our minds to finishing off our beginners training program well. This week is probably the most intense of your program with a longer run of around 70mins and a couple of around 30-40mins. We’ve called it a ‘Peak’ week, meaning you’ll spend more time doing continuous running (hopefully). Just to reassure you, Week 8 (the final week before the KTR), will be a taper week – meaning less running and more rest to ensure your fresh for your event.
