It’s fantastic that you have hung in there for the last four weeks and have taken the time to open up this 5th instalment of the 12k Training Guide. We are encouraged that so many of you appear to have taken the time to access this blog and hopefully found it helpful.
So how did you go with Week 4’s program? With nearly 4 hours of total exercise last week you may well be feeling a little tired as you enter into week 5. This is perfectly normal. As you begin to train more it’s really important to remember to get good sleep and rest. The last thing we want you to become is a grump around family and friends because you are getting out of bed earlier to do an early run. How did you go with the suggested training for each day? Did you manage to complete the suggested activities without stopping?
